My Live Lagom journey towards a sustainable life has begun. I’m focusing on reducing energy and waste and improve our recycling habits along the way and last week I took myself off to Ikea to collect my goodies. To say I was as excited as an 8 year old on Christmas morning is an understatement
I have been invited to take part in a unique sustainable lifestyles initiative being launched by IKEA with support from Hubbub and the University of Surrey. It’s called the Live LAGOM project and it’s all about finding new ways to help people live a better life and to save money.
I’m crazy busy at the moment with works commencing on several residential projects, and starting design stage on an additional few. I’ll share the images on this blog as the projects progress but in the meantime here’s a little sneak peek into one that is part ways through the design stage.
Gallery walls are a great statement feature as unlike photographs hanging randomly on the wall, they encourage the passer by to stop, look and ……. remember! They’re also a great way to bring your own individuality and personality to your home. I mean, you’re not going to find photo’s of your brood on the shelves of Ikea now are you!!
I love when I receive testimonials from clients. But not just because they’re good for business. As a creative soul, I put a lot of me into each of my projects so therefore I take my clients reaction to their design …. well …… personally!!
