Photo Of The Week – Week 40 & 41
On Wednesday 3rd October, I attended a paint processing workshop in Colortrend Paint factory in Celbridge, Co Kildare.
The factory is located in what was once an old Union Workhouse which housed County Kildare’s “paupers” from 1841-1923.

I can’t believe that I haven’t posted my Photo Of The Week for the last 7 weeks!!! In my defence I have been really busy at work and while I still managed to take a Photo a Day, I just haven’t had a chance to upload my favourites here.

Photo Of The Week – Week 32
On friday night I accompanied mum to her closest friends 80th birthday party. She was in great form all evening and even sang a song (which was more than I was prepared to do I can tell you!!!). Not looking bad either for someone who will be 82 in a few weeks time!

I had a busy week last week. The weather was lovely and in-between work I managed to get out for quite a few walks with mum.
I couldn’t really decide on which photo to share with you this week, so here’s a little collage of a few of my favourites from the week.

I’m an animal person, ok particularly a dog person but I do love all creatures great and small………. well …….except for bees. I’m terrified of them!!
Not that I would harm them or anything, I just tend to run away screaming and crying at the sight of one. 🙂
So when I spotted this little guy on the lawn the other day, I summoned up my courage and got down as close as I could to get a shot of him.
