The Heat Is On!

Who’d have thought it?  We are about to enter our 3rd (YES PEOPLE OUR THIRD) weekend of glorious sunshine!

If you haven’t dusted off the BBQ yet, stop reading now and get out there, fire it up and invite your family and friends around to enjoy this fantastic weather.  Lord knows we might not see it again for another 6 years!

If you are entertaining outdoors this weekend, don’t just settle for sunshine and charcoal. You’ll need those little extras to wow your guests and make yours the best soiree in town 🙂

And yours truly is here to help you out……

The wonderful thing about outdoor entertaining is that the simplest little detail can make all the difference.

Tea lights are a must as the sun goes down as they will add shimmer and sparkle.  Light some Citronella candles too to keep away those pesky little midges.

If you’re the jam making kind, why not give miniature jars of jam to your guests as favours.  You could write their name on the label and the jar will stop the napkins blowing away.  Image from DIY Enthusiasts
