I’m always looking for creative ways to display family photo’s in the home so I thought I’d share some of my favourite finds with you.

They say the eyes are what make a photograph interesting.  However in this case the opposite is true.  Leaving the heads out of this shot is very effective.

Don’t just stick with photographs. Add letters or other accessories to add interest like in this post

Even an old pallet can make a wonderful background to show off your photo’s.

Pick a theme for your photo’s and stick with it. Like this collection of black and white prints in similar frames

Finally if you’re anything like me, you probably have boxes of old snapshots gathering dust in your house.  Why not mount them all in one massive frame.

  1. Wow, that second picture is such a wonderful idea! I was looking for a contemporary way to post family pictures and that just nailed it for me. I’m gonna need to clear a huge space on my wall, though.

  3. I absolutely love these ideas! Wonder how much it costs to get photographs blown up and printed on canvas. I will investigate- it would add such a great personal touch to my living room!
